"Back to definitely not a 5-star review. Celeste is the only good thing about this place. I assure you. They didn't submit an FS-1 form for April of 2024, so according to the state of NC, we have been uninsured since, even though we didn't have a lapse. I don't what I've been paying an average of $125/month for. It definitely wasn't for rude customer service, saying "WHATEVER IT'S WHATEVER" to me and my husband on the phone. Or for RAISING YOUR VOICE AT MY MOM. James, learn to control your temper. We can't wait to find a new insurance place. If I had been asked to leave a review yesterday, I assure you would not have been 5 stars. State Farm and I have SQUARED UP in the past, but my interaction with Celeste changed all that. If you've ever walked into a used furniture store and have that annoying, weird salesperson pressure you into the ugliest recliner you think they can make, this was the opposite. They've been trying to get me to sign up for stuff besides my car insurance for forever. Thanks to Celeste, I'm considering life insurance. Why, IDK, but I'll be looking into it. Low-pressure sales pitch with just enough information to leave me wanting more?! Celeste, is an artist! She was also super helpful in explaining things, letting me know what to do to accomplish my life goals (ie, removing my mom form my account), and processed my payment faster than the speed of light. I didn't even realize I was spending money until my bank account beeped to let me know I was broke, but, for Celeste, I will give them all my monies. Which I don't have to with their affordable prices. In 20 years they will be asking YOU where you were the day Celeste took over the insurance world and started a new order of things. Well, me? I was getting my mundane of tasks handled by the new insurance hero herself, Celeste. A delight!"
"Thank you for sharing your concerns. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please understand that we are not linked to the DMV system. The customer would receive a letter from DMV asking for this form, it does not come to us. If you do not respond to the letter, they will show the tags revoked. We request forms once the customer request it. As discussed, we did not show a lapse in coverage. Also, DMV requires the form to be electronically sent. We must request it from the company and it is processed within 24 hours. I understand your frustration when DMV states there is no insurance and James called the company and sent a form showing you had insurance and also requested the form. Again, I apologize for any confusion. Please reach out to me directly if I can assist further. "

"Where can I even start. Kyle was absolutely amazing and on point with everything. He was very patient, kind, understanding, and looked into every possible solution to help me, which he did, which saved me money, not only on my car insurance but my renters insurance, too. I didn't feel rushed or anything. I felt very comfortable. Before choosing State Farm, I read the online reviews about State Farm, their employees, and I also read the ones about Kyle which was nothing but good reviews from my opinion.
